I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California. I earned my Master of Arts degree in psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Phillips Graduate (Institute) University. My clinical training included a traineeship and an internship at a non-profit organization that provides counseling and case management services to individuals suffering with mental illness, addiction and domestic violence. In addition to providing individual, couple and family therapy, I facilitated parenting and life skills education classes, anger management and emotional recovery groups and domestic violence education and support groups. I also served as the Program Director, overseeing the clinical and administrative needs of staff and clientele.

My theoretical approach lends itself to family systems, narrative and solution-focused theories but I rely on multiple orientations to better address the needs of my clients. I am a member of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and I have a private practice in Encino and Woodland Hills, California.

My mission is to help others feel good about who they are throughout the journey of life. The good and bad of life's journey is full of change. Like seasons, change can be beautiful yet difficult. But the more we understand, the less we fear. And the less we fear, the more we change.
My goal is to help others put things in focus and fulfill their life’s purpose while experiencing the power of change.
