I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. My clinical training included a traineeship and internship at a non-for-profit organization that provided counseling and case management services to individuals suffering with mental illness, addiction and domestic violence. In addition to providing individual, couple and family therapy, I facilitated parenting classes, anger management and emotional recovery groups and domestic violence education and support groups. Currently, along with operating a private practice, I am an adjunct faculty member at Phillips Master of Marriage and Family Therapy program of Campbellsville University.
I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
My mission is to help you experience mental and emotional wellness. I believe in your mental health and self-care. I am here to assist you in feeling good about who you are and who you want to become. Life is an evolving journey, filled with ups, downs, and constant change. Though change can be beautiful, it can also be difficult. I am here to help you navigate the difficult changes while evolving, accepting and loving yourself every step of the way.
My theoretical approach lends itself to person-centered, family systems and narrative therapy but I rely on multiple orientations to best address the needs of my clients.
I have a private practice in Woodland Hills, California and I offer tele-health services.
